IT’S COMING SOON!

Our goal with the Member/Employer/Broker Portal is to provide all users an easy access to the information you need. We expect to launch the new Member/Employer/Broker Portal in September and it will have a streamlined menu and clear navigations.


Important Note

Since we are moving to new website, all users will be required to register in order to log in to the new portal on/after the launch. If you are currently registered in our existing portal, you will have to re-register in order to log in to the new portal. We will have more information about how to create a new account and log in to our website as the launch date approaches.


New Features

In addition to the changed design and layout of the pages, new functions will be implemented in the new Portals, such as;

For Members
  • Secure message in the portal and easy to submit questions
  • Quick view of the accumulator balance amounts
  • Ability to export claim information into an excel document

For Employers and Brokers
  • Secure message in the portal and easy to submit questions
  • Quicker access to employee information
  • Faster and easier method to update employee eligibility
